Right now, I don't know if the Witch's Swamp follows weather outside for the purposes of fishing. I also haven't thoroughly tested the alternate farms' maps for fishing.

::::As we've seen before, reading the code itself can be misleading. Values can be assigned and never used. Values also get assigned, and then changed at the last minute in unexpected places (such as when drawing the popup dialog box).
