Can you explain the purpose of changing .png files to .jpg, and then saving the edits? Please explain how this is not repeated vandalism. What are you hoping to learn by repeatedly doing this? I'm giving you a chance to let me know your thought process before I condider any more harsh actions like temporary or permanent banning.
