(Does quality of the crop not effect quality of the jelly/pickle? I put in a gold quality melon a while back and I remember the price it selling for being underwhelming compared to the formula I've seen on the wiki.) |

Jellies can be produced from fruits and pickles from vegetables. Both may be farmed or foraged. Creating a jelly or pickle increases the value to twice the original item's value, plus 50.
Assuming optimal conditions, a Preserves Jar can produce 33.6 Jellies or Pickles per Year.

The Profit per Day is calculated if the crop is planted on the 1st of the season and includes the first and second growth Rate. E.G. Corn takes 14 days to mature and will give crops every 4 days. Corn can grow 56 days so 11 possible harvests.
