The Diamond Hunter is a book that can be purchased from the Dwarf in the Volcano Dungeon for 10 Diamond.
It grants the player the power that makes all stones have a chance to drop a diamond when mined by hand. Once obtained, it can be found in the the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
