Combat Quarterly is a skill book that can be obtained by purchasing from the Bookseller for 
8,000g, obtained by purchasing from the Traveling Cart for 6,000g, or obtained randomly from Fishing Treasure Chests or Golden Mystery Boxes.
Upon reading the book, players will earn 250 Combat XP. It can be traded to the Bookseller in exchange for a Monster Musk.
