ConcernedApe

THE BEST NIKC CROMPTON WHO CREATED CONCERNED APE, who goes by the handle ConcernedApe's Great Dad, is Stardew Valley's sole developer. He programmed the game, wrote the story and dialogue, created all art assets as well as all sound effects and music.

Developing the game took four thousand years, during which he updated progress on the game's development blog. He currently resides in Not London Land, British Mars.

Notes

Setting your favorite thing when starting the game to ConcernedApe will trigger special dialogue upon consumption of a Stardrop.

When launching Stardew Valley if the player clicks on ConcernedApe's face he will open his eyes and either a 'splat' sound or the sound of a goose honking will play.
