Jellies can be produced from fruits and pickles from vegetables. Both may be farmed or foraged. Creating a jelly or pickle increases the value to twice the original item's value, plus 50. As an equation, Jelly/Pickle Value = (Raw Material Value x2) + 50.
Assuming optimal conditions, a Preserves Jar can produce 33.6 Jellies or Pickles per Year.

Farming Multiple Harvests
The Profit per Day is calculated if the crop is planted on the 1st of the season and includes the first and second growth Rate. E.G. Corn takes 14 days to mature and will give crops every 4 days. Corn can grow 56 days so 11 possible harvests.
