Change to disambiguation page

I think it would be worth changing this redirect page to a disambiguation one, that links to Crops and Random Seed, as finding the later page is currently difficult to do. I wouldn't personally think to search for "random seed" and it doesn't come up at all if you just search "seed" currently. The Random Seed page is interesting, but none of it's been verified. Even assuming it is all accurate, some things are going to change with v1.6, maybe all of it. So, I'm hesitant to link to it at all. It may end up being a redirect to Options itself, with some text added to the options page.
