The only way to have a building moved to a different location is to demolish it. To demolish a building that houses animals inside, they must first be relocated. This ensures that animals aren't lost in the process. Having any of these buildings demolished will not give you the resources back.

After obtaining a silo, cut grass with your scythe. This will generate hay in your silo. Now enter your coop and on left side, grab the hay. Now place the hay on the beds to allow your chicken to produce eggs. Alternatively you can fence in the coop and let the chickens go out and eat grass.

Chickens

To obtain a Void Chicken; in a random event after you sleep a witch will fly over one of your coops, leaving you with a void egg in the morning. Putting that egg into an incubator will result in hatching a void chicken. Alternatively, you can buy a void egg from the Witch in the forest south of the farm.
