Giant Stump

Giant Stump is located in the northern area of Cindersap Forest, between the lake and Marnie's Ranch. It becomes the home to Raccoon, his wife, and their children over the course of Raccoon's requests questline.

The Giant Stump begins as the Big Tree and becomes the Giant Stump after the strong wind storm random event which also grants access to "The Giant Stump" quest.

Questline

Note: After "The Giant Stump" quest, the rest isn't a true "quest" as it is not one of the journaled Quests but, rather, a series of interactable requests.

Pre-habitation

After the strong wind storm random event occurs, the resulting stump has a "?" dialog which may be interacted with to start "The Giant Stump" quest.

Raccoon's Subsequent Requests

After a number of days the stump is repaired, Raccoon moves in. Following this, he has a series of 8 requests for items, each yielding a different reward. The requested items often required the use of a Dehydrator, Fish Smoker, Preserves Jar, or Keg.

After completing 8 requests, the Good Neighbors Achievement will be earned, but you can continue to complete addition requests for rewards afterwards.

Raccoon's Wife's Shop

After completing Raccoon's first request, his wife may be interacted with to access her shop. Her shop does not use Gold, but rather barters for other items.
