The Meowmere is a sword weapon obtained by first throwing a Ancient Doll into the lava lake on floor 100 of the mines, then a Bone Serpent will emerge from the lava granting a Far Away Stone. And by placing the stone on its pedestal in the Wizard's basement will start a cutscene where a cat from Terraria gives you the Meowmere.
