I was reading the debris section and came across this tip that confused me  -"Creating fences and tilling is an effective method of stopping debris from forming in an area again. It is highly recommended that the player does not prevent all debris from forming again. Placing tree seeds in protected areas will cause the tree to not grow in that area." Why would the player not want to prevent debris? And what is the protected area - is that implying that trees won't grow inside a fenced area? I'm so lost, lol. :I think all of that should be removed.  I don't know what a "protected" section is (it's not clear from the text on the page), and it's giving advice, which is not good.  A player may want to prevent debris because weeds can destroy decorations or crops, but another player may want the extra wood, stone, and fiber.  Let's just get rid of all of that nonsense text, shall we?  margotbean (talk) 04:29, 16 March 2021 (UTC)

::I think it was mostly saying that debris can't spawn on tilled soil, but I don't know if that's actually the case- Weeds doesn't mention that. The rest seemed like someone's personal strategy. - Odin (talk) 16:05, 16 March 2021 (UTC)

Debris tip

I was reading the debris section and came across this tip that confused me -"Creating fences and tilling is an effective method of stopping debris from forming in an area again. It is highly recommended that the player does not prevent all debris from forming again. Placing tree seeds in protected areas will cause the tree to not grow in that area." Why would the player not want to prevent debris? And what is the protected area - is that implying that trees won't grow inside a fenced area? I'm so lost, lol. I think all of that should be removed.
I think it was mostly saying that debris can't spawn on tilled soil, but I don't know if that's actually the case- Weeds doesn't mention that. The rest seemed like someone's personal strategy. - Odin (talk) 16:05, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
