The Sweet Gem Berry is a crop in Stardew Valley. It can be given to Old Master Cannoli in the Secret Woods in order to get a Stardrop. It is not considered a fruit or a vegetable and so can not be used in a Keg or Preserves Jar and it doesn't benefit from the Tiller profession. It can be purchased from the Traveling Cart for 9,000–15,000g.
The berry plant grows from the Rare Seed, maturing in 24 days. Seeds can be purchased from the Travelling Cart for 1,000g, or produced from a berry using the Seed Maker.
Despite its high value, the berry is regarded as neutral by anyone in Stardew Valley.
