Clay is a type of resource in Stardew Valley. It can be found by digging up dirt (1 Clay), sand (1 Clay), or Artifact Spots (1-3 Clay), and from cracking open Geodes (usually 1 Clay).
The only building requiring Clay is the Silo. Quality Retaining Soil requires Clay as a crafting ingredient.
