A Banana Tree is a mature fruit tree, fully grown from a Banana Sapling. It produces one Banana each day during the Summer on the farm in Stardew Valley or year-round on Ginger Island or in the Greenhouse. Note that a mature fruit tree's 3x3 grid need be kept clear no longer, since it is fully grown.
Each full year after maturity, fruit trees produce fruit one level of quality higher, up to iridium star quality after three years.
If struck by lightning during a storm, a fruit tree will produce Coal instead of fruit for 4 days.
