The Friendship 101 is a book that can be purchased from the Bookseller for data-sort-value="20000">20,000g. It can also be obtained as a prize from the prize machine inside Mayor's Manor. It increases any friendship gained or lost by 10%.

Once read, it can be found in the the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
