The Iridium Scythe is a tool obtained from the Mastery Cave after choosing the Farming Mastery path. It is able to scythe grass yielding hay, and break fiber like the Scythe and Golden Scythe. It is also able to harvest crops within its swing range with some exceptions such as fruit trees. The scythe also cannot harvest forageables, and therefore won't harvest crops yielded from seasonal wild seeds.

Iridium Scythe is the highest upgrade level for your tools (Scythe). It increases the effectiveness of the scythe by a substantial amount and adds a purple hue. The scythe cuts down grass and other crops, but it also has a chance to turn grass into hay for your cattle.
