The Meowmere is a sword weapon obtained by placing the Far Away Stone on its pedestal in the Wizard's basement. The stone is obtained from throwing an Ancient Doll into the lava lake on floor 100 of the Mines, which will cause a Bone Serpent to emerge from the lava grant the stone. After placing the Far Away Stone on the pedestal a small animation will play staring an Orange Tabby Cat who brings the Meowmere to the player from the Terraria world.

Trivia

Terraria, a pixilated 2-D game first introduced its franchises' love for the other in its 1.4.4 update getting a jumino pet, a blue chicken pet and a joja cola drink. The Ancient doll was imitating how the Guide Voodoo Doll was thrown into lava spawning a boss, but instead emerged a bone serpent from Terraria. The Far Away Stone is also an inspiration from the "Forest Pylon" in Terraria.
