Ol' Slitherlegs is a skill book that can be obtained by purchasing from the Bookseller for 
25,000g.
Upon reading the book, players' speed will not be slowed down when moving through grass and crops.
Once read, it can be found in the player's menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
