Horse: The Book is a power book that can be obtained by purchasing from the Bookseller for 
25,000g.
The first reading grants the player a power that makes them gain 
Speed (+0.5) when riding their horse.[1] Once read, it can be found in the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
