The Mossy Seed is a tree seed that grows into a Mossy Tree variation. Mossy seeds can be obtained by shaking or chopping down Green Rain Trees, and by breaking Mossy Weeds. They also occasionally drop from shaking or chopping down other trees with moss on them (so far only confirmed to work on oak and maple trees with moss and no leaves in fall; more testing is underway). For best results obtaining Moss, plant mossy seeds near one or more other wild trees.
