The Gold Clock is a type of building purchasable from the Wizard at the Wizard's Tower after finishing the quest Goblin Problem. It costs data-sort-value="10000000">Gold.png10,000,000g, making it the most expensive building available to purchase.

Constructing the Gold Clock is necessary to achieve Perfection.

Behavior

When placed, the Gold Clock will:

  • Prevent debris from appearing on the farm. Note that in this case, grass is not considered "debris", so it will continue to randomly appear. Trees will still grow.
  • Keep any placed fences from decaying, so they'll no longer need repair.
  • Keep time with the in-game clock.
  • Prevent debris from appearing and fences decaying on the Ginger Island farm.

History

  • 1.1: Introduced.
  • 1.5: Requirement for new mechanic Perfection. Also affects Ginger Island farm.
