The Fiberglass Rod is a tool used to catch fish. It can be purchased at Willy's Fish Shop for 1,800g upon reaching level 2 Fishing. It allows for the use of bait while fishing.
The level is only required for the rod to appear in Willy's Shop. If one manages to obtain the rod by different means (e.g. from a different player in Multiplayer), then the player will be able to use the rod without any penalties, even on a lower level.
