The Golden Scythe is a tool obtained in the Quarry Mine. After unlocking the Quarry, the entrance to Quarry Mine can be found north of the repaired bridge, on the quarry side. Inside is a single extended floor trailing far back into the cave. At the end of the mine is a robed skeleton statue holding the Golden Scythe.

Note that interacting with the statue after taking the Golden Scythe will teleport the player back to the entrance to the Quarry Mine.

The Golden Scythe has a radius of 2 tiles more than the standard Scythe, and inflicts more damage when used as a weapon. If it is lost, it cannot be replaced. It functions the same as the standard Scythe in all other respects.

Bugs

• PC: Attempting to use the Golden Scythe to harvest crops that require a Scythe will fail if the user is within range to select the crop in question. The user must step back far enough so that the range of the Golden Scythe reaches the crops, but the user cannot select it in order for harvesting to occur.
