Bait And Bobber is a skill book that can be obtained by purchasing from the Bookseller for 
5,000g or obtained randomly from Fishing Treasure Chests, Artifact Spots, Golden Mystery Boxes, by chopping trees, by breaking crates in The Mines, or from killing Grubs.
It can also be randomly obtained from the Traveling Cart for 6,000g.
Upon reading the book, players will earn 250 Fishing XP. It can also be traded to the Bookseller for 30 Deluxe Bait.
