Jewels Of The Sea is a book that can be obtained randomly from Fishing Treasure Chests. It can also be purchased from the Bookseller for 
20,000g starting in Year 3.
The first reading grants the player a power that makes all fishing treasure chests have a 25% chance to yield Roe.[1] The type of roe obtained is the same as the fish that was caught.
Once read, it can be found in the player's menu on the Special Items & Powers tab. Reading additional copies gives the player 100 Fishing XP each.
The Bookseller trades either 3 Cave Jelly, 3 River Jelly, or 3 Sea Jelly for 1 Jewels Of The Sea each provided the player has already obtained the power from this book.

- The power from this book can result in the player receiving types of roe which are otherwise unobtainable, namely Legendary Fish, Legendary Fish II, Squid, and Midnight Squid roes.
