The Leprechaun Hat is a hat that can be found in a pot of gold under a rainbow that may appear on rainy or sunny days near waterfalls. Right clicking the pot of gold yields 200g in addition to the hat.

The hat can be found at the waterfall near the Hat Mouse in the Cindersap Forest on Spring 17 by clicking on the pot of gold.
