The Art O' Crabbing is a book that is given as an iridium tier reward on the 12th and 13th during the SquidFest festival, provided the player has not found the book before. It can also be purchased from the Bookseller for 
20,000g starting in Year 3.
The first reading grants the player a power that gives Crab Pots a 25% chance to yield two items. Once read, it can be found in the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab. Reading additional copies gives the player 100 Fishing XP each.
