Two Hearts
Entering George's house when he is home, the player will see him with Harvey having a check-in. When Harvey tells George that he should eat sodium less, George complains, rhetorically asking why he should tell him how to live his life. The player approaches them. When Harvey tells the player that the check-in session is private, George interrupts him and asks the player about his or her opinion in this situation.

After reaching three hearts with George he will begin to send you recipes in the mail.

Entering George's house when he is home, the player will see him struggling to reach something on a bookshelf. The player will walk to the shelf and retrieve the item for George. He will then thank the player and a few moments of silence will ensue. George then tells the player why he is in a wheelchair.
