The Gold Clock is a type of building purchasable from the Wizard at the Wizard's Tower after finishing the quest Goblin Problem. It costs data-sort-value="10000000">Gold.png10,000,000g, making it the most expensive building available to purchase.

Constructing the Gold Clock is necessary to achieve Perfection.

Behavior

When placed, the Gold Clock:

  • Prevents debris from appearing on the farm or the Ginger Island farm. Grass is a natural resource, not debris, so it continues to appear randomly. Trees are no longer randomly generated on the farms, though they can still be manually planted and continue to grow. Trees continue to sprout automatically off the farms as before.
  • Keeps all fences from decaying, so they never need repair.
  • Keeps time with the in-game clock.

History

  • 1.1: Introduced.
  • 1.5: Requirement for new Perfection mechanic. Also affects Ginger Island farm.
