The Dwarf sells Life Elixir for data-sort-value="2000">Gold.png2,000g each. Two to four Life Elixirs may occasionally be found in treasure rooms in the Skull Cavern. Two Life Elixirs may be received from opening a Mystery Box or Golden Mystery Box.

Life Elixir can be used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create the dyeable Dark Highlight Shirt. Shirt263a.png It can be used in dyeing, serving as a purple dye at the dye pots, located in Emily's and Haley's house, 2 Willow Lane.
