Donating this item, along with the Prehistoric Rib, will reward the player with the Sloth Skeleton M statue.

The Prehistoric Vertebra can be turned into Basic Fertilizer, Quality Fertilizer, Speed-Gro, Deluxe Speed-Gro or Tree Fertilizer in the Bone Mill.
