The Purple Mushroom is found via foraging in The Mines (starting at level 81), the Skull Cavern, from a tapped Mushroom Tree (rarely), or grown in the Mushroom Cave (rarely). It can also be received as a gift at the Feast of the Winter Star. Purple Mushrooms can also be found on the Forest Farm Map during the Fall.

Bundles

Purple Mushroom is used in the Field Research Bundle on the Bulletin Board, and is one of the options for the Exotic Foraging Bundle in the Crafts Room.

Recipes

Despite the numbers listed on the tooltip, the Life Elixir will fully restore Health to maximum regardless of how low it is.

Tailoring

Purple Mushroom is used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create a Shirt.

Quests

• The Purple Mushroom may be randomly requested during any season at the "Help Wanted" board outside Pierre's General Store for a reward of data-sort-value="750">750g and 150 Friendship points. Purple Mushroom will never be requested until you have reached level 40+ of The Mines.
• 2-3 Purple Mushrooms may be required for several Fish Pond quests.
