The Stable is a farm building purchasable from Robin at the Carpenter's Shop. It allows the player to obtain a horse, which is included with the stable when purchased. The horse will be found in the stable at the start of each day.
Since Version 1.1, demolishing the stable will also remove the horse. (In earlier versions you could demolish the stable but keep the horse, except rather than returning to the stable at night, the horse would stay wherever it was left.)
