Basilisk Paw is a trinket item dropped by enemies.

Equipping the basilisk paw in your trinket slot causes you to become completely immune to all debuffs caused by enemies. This does not include self-inflicted debuffs, such as those caused by food. The basilisk paw cannot be reforged by using an Anvil.
