Leah is a villager who lives in Pelican Town. She's one of the ten characters available to marry.
Her cabin is just west of town, south of your farm.
Backstory
Leah lives alone in a small cabin just outside of town. She loves to spend time outside, foraging for a wild meal or simply enjoying the gifts of the season. She’s a talented artist with a large portfolio of work… yet she’s too nervous to display it to the public. Maybe you can give her a little confidence boost?
Schedule
Extra info: The house is open at 10:00 AM, you need to have 2 hearts in friendship to enter her house, first entrance trigger an event (but only if she is home).

Gifts
Gifts are the only way to increase hearts in a peer to peer relationship. Gifts on birthdays have the greatest effect. Best gifts have the greatest effect outside of birthdays. Good gifts are slightly worse than best gifts, but still increase hearts. Bad gifts have no positive or negative effect on hearts. Worst gifts will have a slightly negative effect on hearts.

Heart Events
Two Hearts
At 2 hearts, when you enter Leah's Cottage it triggers a cut-scene in which she talks about her passion but also the fears that come with it. You can help encourage her.
Four Hearts
At 4 hearts, when you enter her cottage it triggers a cut scene in which she has just been talking to her ex, you have a choice of responses.
- -No, it had to be done.
- "You're right... I just wouldn't have been happy back there."
- -No, and your ex sounds like an idiot.
- "That's a little harsh... but, yeah. We had different priorities."
- -No, but you would've been better off staying in the city.
- -Yeah, a little.
- -Yeah, but it's natural to care about yourself first.
Six Hearts
Head to your farm to trigger the event. Leah will speak to you to say she has a gift for you and you receive the sculpture she has been working on in her house.
Eight Hearts
Walk south from your farm, after 4:00 pm, to Cindersap Forest and you will see her trying to reach a fruit from the large tree just above the forest lake. Leah can't reach it, so you place her on your shoulders. She thanks you and talks about how if her art ever fails, you'll always be there to catch her.
This cut scene is not available in winter or in bad weather. It will be delayed to the next suitable day.
Ten Hearts
Walk south of your farm after 11am and the heart event will start. She'll invite you to a picnic and thank you for supporting her art show. You will share a kiss. Kel (her ex) will show up and Leah will get annoyed. You get the option to punch him(her) or reason with him(her). If you don't punch Kel, then Leah will. If you punch Kel, Leah will comment that your violence concerns her.
Kel's appearance is androgynous and his/her gender changes, possibly based on the gender of your Farmer.

Behavior
Leah exhibits 3 notable behaviors once married.
- Taking care of tasks for you:
- Watering all crops on your farm (only in spring, summer, and fall).
- Feeding all animals.
- Watering your dog's/cat's bowl.
- Repairing the fences.
- Cooking breakfast, adding one random breakfast food to your inventory. If inventory is full, you will not receive a breakfast item.
- Omelette (+100 Energy, +40 Health}
- Pancakes (+100 Energy, +40 Health)

- Giving a stardrop as a symbol of love
- Get your spouse to 13/12 hearts and speak to them in your home. She will comment about life on the farm and how they are enjoying it, then give you the Stardrop Fruit as thanks
