Speed
Speed is a statistic that refers to how fast the player or his/her weapon moves. 
Weapon Speed and 
Player Speed are separate statistics. Each can be affected in a variety of ways.

Note: A single buff of movement speed appears to be a +17% movement speed increase that stacks with the speed increase while riding a Horse, bringing movement speed to a whopping +47%.
