The Mayonnaise Machine is a type of Artisan Equipment used to make Artisan Goods. It takes eggs and turns them into various kinds of Mayonnaise.

Regular white or brown chicken eggs produce normal quality Mayonnaise, and Large white or brown chicken eggs produce gold-quality mayonnaise. A single Ostrich Egg will produce 10 jars of Mayonnaise, the quality of the Mayonnaise equal to the quality of the Ostrich Egg used. A Golden Egg will produce three gold-quality Mayonnaise.
