The Treasure Hunter is a Tackle, that helps fishing by preventing fish escape while collecting Treasure Chests, and by increasing the chance to find Treasure Chests by 33% (20% instead of the base 15%). It can be purchased from Willy's Fish Shop for 750g, or crafted. It may also randomly appear in the Traveling Cart's stock for 750–1,250g.
You must have an Iridium Rod to equip tackle. To attach tackle to an Iridium Rod, left-click on the tackle, then right-click on the Iridium Rod.
